Abstract

 For all known devices of this kind, modifications to the height adjustment are very difficult and require numerous manipulations.

For example, a traditional fixed cable bar composed of two sliding telescopic tubes, it is necessary to modify, catch up and adjust the tension of the cables for each height adjustment of the hand-holder. In other cases, closer to the invention, the sliders are very short and not articulated, which makes the adjustment very difficult and tedious because the sliders jam by arcboutement, more the higher adjustment requires the use bench or stepladder for handling.

 The purpose of the device according to the invention is to eliminate all these disadvantages.
