IL EST CONSTITUE D'UNE PART, D'UNE PARTIE MOBILE COMPORTANT DES CASES EVIDEES, PERMETTANT D'ECRIRE EN SIGNE BRAILLE OU CONVENTIONNEL; D'AUTRE PART, D'UNE PARTIE FIXE DONT UNE FACE EST LE SUPPORT D'ECRITURE BRAILLE, L'AUTRE CELUI DE L'ECRITURE CONVENTIONNELLE. LA PARTIE MOBILE S'ACCOLE INDIFFEREMMENT A L'UNE OU L'AUTRE DES FACES, PERMETTANT A UN VOYANT ET A UN NON-VOYANT UNE PROGRESSION SIMULTANEE OU UN TRAVAIL D'EQUIPE. Description

La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour faire pivoter la partie d'une grille BRAILLE comportant les cases évidées vers une surface plane pour permettre que ces cases servent indifféremment à l'écriture BRAILLE (à six cuvettes) ou à celle d'un caractère traditionnel au même endroit d'une feuille.
Les grilles existantes, comportant une charnière simple, sont à l'usage exclusif des non-voyants.
Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à cet inconvénient. Il comporte en effet - d'une part, un support plat, au dos de la partie fixe du phrasé percée de six cuvettes; ce support comporte un dispositif de retenue et de centrage de la feuille.
- d'autre part, une charnière double pivot qui permet à la partie ajourée de l'appareil de se placer indifféremment sur le support percé de cuvettes servant à l'écriture BRAILLE ou sur le support plat, permettant l'impression d'un caractère ou d'un signe conventionnels.
Selon une forme de réalisation préférentielle, le phrasé est à la dimension standard des machines à écrire BRAILLE soit trente ntuf caractères sur trente lignes.
Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention; le dispositif selon l'invention y est représenté de face, en coupe et en perspective.
Le dispositif selon l'invention permettant une meilleure communication entre voyants et non-voyants est particulièrement destiné dans les domaines techniques (informatique, traduction, mathématique, chimie), ludique (échec, dames), artisanal (tissage), musical, à l'encadrement des non-voyants, amblyopes et toute personne atteinte de déficience visuelle.

Claims (2)

REVENDICATIONS
1 - Dispositif d'écriture et de lecture simultanées Braille et Universel, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, d'une part, un support plat, au dos de la partie fixe du "Phrasé" creusé de groupes de six cuvettes, ce support présentant un système de retenue et de centrage de la feuille et, d'autre part, une charnière double pivot qui permet à la partie ajourée de l'appareil de se placer indifférem ment sur le support creusé de cuvettes pour l'écriture Braille ou sur le support plat pour l'impression de caractères ou signes conventionnels.
2 - Dispositif selon la revendication, caractérisé en ce que le "Phrasé" est réalisé à la dimension standard des machines à écrire Braille avec trente neuf caractères sur trente lignes.
