Abstract

The invention relates to instruments of the wet razor type allowing facial hair to be shaved without preliminary preparations, without previously coating the part to be shaved with a foam product or the like. This shaver comprises a fixed reserve of product with a small diameter. This reserve is here used as a gripping means (handle). This cartridge or foam reserve is associated with a duct allowing the product necessary for shaving to arrive under the blades of the razor. These blades themselves being fixed to the upper part of the end of the duct. Finally, the foam product is propelled towards the duct, and therefore towards the area to be shaved using a push-button situated on the duct. Amongst the most important applications, mention may be made of substituting a single element for two elements, thus making a perfectly self-contained apparatus.

Description

 The present invention relates to instruments of the razor type with a mechanical blade, which may or may not be interchangeable, as well as disposable.

in current and known devices to date of a razor with a mechanical altarpiece blade or no one is adapted from a fixed reserve of foaming product of the shaving foam type or other lubricant allowing the shaving of beard hair and of the body in general.

each shaving operation previously requires an application to the shaving area of a soapy or lubricating foaming product.

the razor according to the invention makes it possible to eliminate the operations preliminary to shaving the hair.

this razor is in fact associated with a reserve of foaming product.

this combination of the grazing tool to the reserve is therefore composed of the grazing tool with an interchangeable blade or not to a fixed or removable reserve serving as a means of prevention (handle).

the part "reserve of product" being a cartridge under pressure of the type known to date and of dimension-roughly identical to the handle of the razor.

the product cartridge in fact replaces the razor handle in this case.

it will be noted here that the shaving foam cartridge is not introduced inside a hollow tube.

this cartridge is screwed, glued, crimped to the upper part of the razor therefore to the cutting assembly.

the cutting tool is made up of three elements: a conduit allowing to bring the foam, the shaving product to the desired location.

a pressure button located on this duct releasing the foam to be shaved from the cartridge or foam reserve.

of a support located at the outside: return of the conduit allowing to receive the blades necessary for shaving.

the device according to the invention allows by pressing the pressure button located on the duct to bring the foam under the blades.

this duct is formed so that at the outlet of the shaving foam from the duct, the latter covers the entire surface, all the part which is shaved by the blades; the dimensions of the arrival of the foam duct are therefore pretty much the same as the blades.

the razor according to the invention consists of a reserve of shaving product, a cartridge of shaving product (1.1) and a shaving head made up of several elements: a conduit allowing the arrival of the shaving foam under the blades (1.7) of a blade support (1.4) of cutting blades (1.6) of a button allowing the release of the shaving foam (1.2)

the shaving product cartridge (1.1) consists of an internal tube allowing the product to rise to the orifice.

the product is released using the press button (1.2) located on the foam pipe (1.7).

indeed this press button (1.2) is connected to the reserve tube (1.8) thanks to an internal rod (i.9) it is neutral associated with the press button. (1.2) this internal rod is fixed on the external diameter and to the 'e> tremite of the tube (i.9) (i.8). thus by pressing the pressure button (1.2) in the longitudinal direction of the device, of the razor, the foam is released from the reserve in the duct foam (1.7) the cartridge is associated with the foam conduit through a crimping, bonding, screwing process.

it will be noted here that the cartridge or foam reserve is not refillable but could be changeable in the case of a cartridge which would be seen on the foam conduit.

on the other hand this cartridge is not introduced inside a hollow tube. the cartridge replaces apparently the means of prevention therefore the handle.

the shaving blades can be interchangeable or not. in the case where they are interchangeable, there would be a need for blade support (1.4) and a button allowing the blades to be replaced (1.3).

in the case of a mechanical razor with a non-interchangeable blade, the blades could be fixed on the foam conduit (at the end). therefore the blade support (1.4) and the button allowing to replace the blades (1.3) could be suppressed. therefore, the blade support (1.4) and the blades would be combined using a molding, gluing, crimping or any other method of fixing or assembling. Note that the cutting blades can be pivoted .

lastly lastly, the foam conduit (1.7) which is fixed on the cartridge or product reserve (l.8) is in one piece. its frame is such that it allows the arrival of the foam on the whole, for the entire length of the cutting blades.

in fact, this duct is roughly the same dimension as the cutting head, that is to say blades (l.5). This duct arrives just below the cutting blades in the case of a razor with fixed blades this conduit could be the support of the cutting blades.

CLAIM 1  Mechanical blade razor composed of a constituted head  a support of 1 blades and a blade, a reed.  characterized in that the handle includes a reserve of  shaving product connected to a conduit bringing the foam  to shave under the blade.  CLAIM 2  Mechanical razor according to claim i  characterized in that the reserve of shaving product  has a pressure button located on the duct  to release the shaving foam from said reserve. CLAIM 3  Mechanical razor according to claim 1,  characterized in that the reserve of shaving product,  is in the form of a cartridge having the  dimension close to that of the razor handle.
