Abstract

Device essentially making it possible to : - clean and clear a kitchen table after meals; - wash and put away the dishes; - set the table instantaneously; The invention relates to an apparatus consisting of a conveyor belt 1 on which table cutlery and crockery are fixed, which conveyor belt is associated with a garbage disintegrator 2 and a washing system 3. Operation : 1. The conveyor belt, on moving, empties itself of all its organic waste which falls into the disintegrator 2. 2. The conveyor belt, with its table cutlery and crockery is washed by the washing unit 3. This system is particularly intended for washing and clearing a kitchen table, emptying the waste, setting the table and storing the usual crockery. This device essentially consists of : - a conveyor belt driven by a geared motor; - a household garbage disintegrator (with timer); - a washing unit; - table cutlery and crockery with associated fixing devices; - an electrical system making it possible to control the various operations of the apparatus.

Description

KITCHEN GABLE DEVICE WITH MOBILE PART
WASHABLE AUTCMATICALLY.

 The invention relates to a kitchen table device having a part formed by a conveyor belt, on which table cutlery is fixed, associated with a garbage disposal and a washing system.

 The present invention relates to a device essentially for cleaning and ridding a kitchen table, after meals.

Also this table device, with movable part, makes it possible not to have to have the elements useful for meals, nor to remove them after meals
- soup and dessert plates
- bowls and glasses
- forks, knives, small and large spoons
Traditionally after each meal the table is cleared of cutlery and crockery, the possible content of which is poured into a bin, then placed in a dishwasher (if there is one).
The table is then washed and cleaned of all its waste. Before each meal the table is set: provision of cutlery and usual crockery.

After meals, the plates should be emptied of the leftovers,
sometimes even rinsed, before their introduction into the dishwasher.

The system which is the subject of this patent makes it possible to remedy the time spent

The conveyor belt, serving as a table, turns with the cutlery fixed on itself, thus pouring into the grinder, all the waste left on the table or in the plates.

The arrow shown in fig 2 indicates the direction of rotation of the belt, and shows the belt drive system, reduction motor and pulley (7)
The waste is entrained by cold water thanks to a pipe whose orifices project the water mainly towards the plates (1) thus allowing all the waste to fall into the crusher (5)
This water flows continuously, at the same time as the grinder, because its opening and closing is done by an electrovalrs (2) coupled to the timer of the grinder.

 The next cleaning operation is the actual washing, based on a common dishwashing machine system suitable for the appliance.

 A propeller (3) powered by a pump (4), washes the underside of the table as it rotates.

 runoff is collected by a special box (6) which covers the entire underside of the table. A resistor (8) heats the water.

 Specially designed springs and magnets allow the cutlery to be attached to the carpet.

The cutlery can be removed easily during meals, then replaced in their fixing locations before washing-cleaning,
An electrical contactor system is provided so that the cutlery remains in the lower part of the carpet, when the washing system stops. This allows a perfect draining and a storage of the crockery protected from dust, leaving the table free of any object
Fig 3 shows the dish basket (6), provided with a cover (ii) opening from above, intended to accommodate the dishes that cannot be fixed on the table.

This opening also allows access to the interior of the device (after removing the basket)
An electrovalve (2) allows the return of the water fallen into the mill to the pump.

 Two electric heating rings (7) allow you to heat dishes, without having to get up from the table.

 They also serve as flat rests.

 A food cutting board (5) (meat, bread ...) is provided, under which is a storage box (1).

 Threaded bars allow the tension of the belt (3) and the motor (4).

 A wooden or metal plate (8) placed immediately under the upper part of the carpet ensures the rigidity of the table.

 A border exceeding the level of the table by one centimeter (12) ensures the positioning of the carpet and the collection of liquids.

 The system shown in fig 4 is designed for 4 people.

But we can very well design machines adapted to a higher number of table seats, by making a longer mat, and by multiplying the number of cutlery, while keeping the same system.

 Fig 4 shows the part of the table seen from above with the 2 bands (2 and 3) constituting the carpet on which the cutlery is placed.

 A part of the housing (1) collects the waste fallen from the carpet, in order to direct it to the crusher.

 A glass window (4) allows you to view the correct operation of the shredder.

 Fig 5 shows the device seen from one side, with the pump (1) the filter basket (2) the crusher (3) the water pipe (4).

 Also we can see a part of the housing (5) in the form of a funnel ensuring the descent of the waste, as well as the water pipe (4) helping the fall of the waste.

 Fig 6 shows part of the lower housing (1), the motor (2) the drive pulley (3).

 The electric control panel of the device, visible in fig 7, shows up, the advancement button (1) of the mat for the operation - setting the table - and clearing the peelings, during meal preparation .

 Also, on this electrical panel is the programmer (3) with different cycles (2), to control the washing system.

 Finally, the timer (4) which adjusts the grinding time of the waste.

 This system allows a perfect washing of the dishwashing instruments since they are perfectly positioned, individually, and moreover the rotation of the carpet allows the water jets to hit all possible angles of the objects to be washed.

 Thus the washing time can be considerably reduced compared to the traditional dishwasher because of the aforementioned advantages, thus ensuring energy savings.

 The whole device forms a movable piece of furniture and can be inserted in a traditional kitchen.

 The system, shown schematically in FIG 1 is designed with a garbage disposal. But we can very well consider replacing the shredder with a trash can, in order to recover the waste.

1. Automatic washing device for fixed kitchen objects  on a treadmill, which when in motion,  dumps all food waste into a shredder  and then washes, thanks to a washing system 2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that  the various kitchen objects are fixed on the carpet, thanks  a system of suitable springs, or magnets attached to the  base of the different pieces of dishes, making contact  allowing  in an instailtane eXllèvemert, before the meal, as much as  their rapid placement after the meal. 3. Device according to r-evtdication 1 and 2, characterized in that  on the table cutlery remains placed in the part  bottom of the table, after the washing operation, per  thus putting their storage, this thanks to a contactor  electric stopping the carpet only at the desired time.  4. Device according to the preceding claims, character  risked that the emptying of food waste, during  meal preparation is done automatically in the  grinder, by advancing the table mat. 5.
