Description

La présente invention concerne une couche jetable avec compresse
ombilicale
La nouvelle conceptionde cette couche jetable permet de supprimer la double manipulation séparée du nouveau-né concernant:-le change de sa couche, -le change de la compresse ombilicale qui est nécessaire durant les 10 premiers jours.
L'intégration de la compresse à la couche supprime en effet la manipulation pénible pour le nouveau-né comme pour la mère,consistant à mettre en place la compresse puis à maintenir cette dernière tout en enroulant la bande chirurgicale ou en enfilant le filet ombilical,puis à défaire le tout plusieurs fois par jour indépendament du fait qu'il faille également changer en même temps la couche. Il en résulte un confort et un gain de temps tant pour les manipujations en question,que pour le lavage des bandes ou filets qui est supprimé.
La présence du bourrelet protecteur séparant la couche et la compresse,et son adhérence à la peau par sa surépaisseur et le positionnement correct des attaches de couche, permet une hygiène supérieure quant aux soins à apporter au nombril du nouveau-né.
En effet, dans le cas d'une bande ou d'un filet avec compresse, ceux ci finissent toujours par glisser et-ou s'imprégner d'urine ou des selles liquides du bébé;d'oû un risque d'infection du nombril,et un retard systématique de la cicatrisation due à l'humidité constante de tout ou partie de la bande ou du filet, comme de la compresse.
La FIG.1 décrit la couche(1) à laquelle est intégrée une compresse de type chirurgical (2) séparée de la zone absorbante(4) de la couche par un bourrelet protecteur(3),absorbant coté couche et imperméable coté compresse.Le positionnement correct des attaches (5),maintenant la couche) bien fermée sur le ventre du nouveauné,ainsique la forme du bourrelet(3) permet par la surépaisseur de ce dernier une adhérence du bourrelet à la peau du ventre du nouveau-né,et le maintien rigoureux de la zone ombilicale hors d'atteinte des émissions d urine, particulièrement remontantes dans le cas des garçons, des selles ou de l'humidité de la couche.
La FIG.2 précise la conception du bourrelet par une vue en coupe dans la ligne médiane de la couche, de la zone ombilicale.Le coté absorbant(6) du bourrelet(3) n'a pas de solution de continuité avec la zone absorbante(4) de la couche.Le coté imperméable(7) du bourrelet(3) est un prolongement de la face imperméable extèrieu re(8) de la couche(1).

Claims (3)

R E V E N D I C A T I O N S
1) Couche jetable(l) caractérisée par la présence d'une compresse ombilicale(2) séparée de la zone absorbante(4) de la couche(1) par un bourrelet protecteur(3).
2) Couche jetable selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que le bourrelet protecteur(3) présente une surépaisseur et un coté imperméable(?) de sorte que le bourr-eett3) adhère à la peau du ventre du nouveau-né et forme une séparation nombrilventre infranchissable aux mictions.
3) Couche jetable selon les revendications 1) et 2) caractérisée par le coté absorbant(6) du bourrelet protecteur(3) solidaire de la zone absorbante(4) de la couche(l) et par le coté imperméable(7) du bourrelet, solidaire de la face extérieure imperméable(8) de la couche(1).
