Abstract

The present invention relates to a section for frames of suspended ceiling panels. Section characterised in that it has essentially a C-shaped cross-section, in which the part 1 opposite the opening 2 is provided with parallel stiffening ribs 3 forming a longitudinal break 4 set back with respect to the opening 2 and to the part 1 opposite the latter, and in which the edges 5, 5' of the opening 2 are provided with flanges 6, 6' bent back externally along the said opening 2 against the said edges 5, 5'.
