Abstract

The invention relates to a device which simplifies the isolation of pets at the back of an automobile without conversion and in complete safety. It consists of a canvas strap 9 to which there is fixed, at one end, the male fixing system 1 of a seat belt. In addition, a metal plate 4 is slid into the strap to allow adjustment. A shackle 8 is hooked onto this plate 4 and will hold the animal by its collar or harness. The device according to the invention is more particularly intended for holding pets (dogs, cats) but may also serve to hold any objects which are capable of being hooked to the shackle.
