Abstract

A grain dryer has a heater connected by a tunnel for gas to a circular deflector, a circular plate above the deflector, and a chimney carrying the gas from the plate. The deflector pref. has a flow-controlling diaphragm at its edge. The chimney is pref. positioned at the centre of the plate. USE/ADVANTAGE - For cocoa nibs. The dryer is durable, and heat is evenly distributed without contaminating the grain.
