Abstract

The invention relates to a barbell (dumbar) which, in addition to weight-lifting work, permits different physical exercises. It consists of two stops 3, located on either side of the central part 2 of the bar 1. On these stops are wedged the weights 4. All these elements are of polygonal shape and provide perfect stability on the ground for performing physical exercises. It may be equipped with a sleeve in its central part 2 and its weights 4 may be magnetised. The barbell (dumbar) according to the invention is intended particularly for the field of physical training and weightlifting.

Claims

1 - Multifunctional dumbbell with variable load characterized in that all the elements constituting it are of polygonal shape: its axis (1), its central part (2), its stops (3), its loads (4) as well as the drilling.

2 - Dumbbell according to claim 1 characterized in that the loads (4) are immobilized on the axis (1) by keying.

3 - Dumbbell according to claims 1 and 2 characterized in that its central part can be equipped with a sleeve (2).
