  Referring to Figure 1 there is shown a device according to the invention consisting of a plate (1) of light alloy sheet having the shape of a quadrilateral each side of which forms a rim (2) retaining the objects that will be placed there and preventing them from falling.   1. Device that can be installed on a stretcher characterized in that a shelf 1 and appropriate retractable supports 4 form a service improving the conditions of intervention of medical personnel for emergency first aid 5 with devices stowed on said service making the stretcher assembly autonomous, by removing the assistance of a third accompanying person to hold a bottle or retain the monitoring or treatment apparatus to which the sick or injured.   2. Device according to claim 1 characterized in that   the tablet forming a tray for the material is raised relative to the body of the patient or the injured without hindering it although the retractable supports come to bear on the side members of the stretcher and that suitable means 15 make it possible to secure the apparatuses of some importance.   3. Device according to claims 1 and 2, characterized   in that a retractable support 6 provided with a hook 8 at its upper part, can be erected and locked in a vertical position and is used for hanging transfusion bottles whose connection 20- with the patient or injured remains constant at during its transport.
