Abstract

The present invention relates to a transporter carriage for shoes and/or articles made from leather or the like, particularly adapted for use on continuous work lines having manual, semi-automatic or automatic drive and comprising a tunnel or cells for treatment. This carriage is characterised in that it comprises a carrying structure 1 provided with conveying wheels 2, at least one container 5 fastened onto this carrying structure 1 and a chassis for support and transport of the shoes 11 and/or articles to be treated, consisting of two protruding uprights 7 fastened to the opposite sides of the container 5 and with one or more crosspieces fastened onto these uprights 7 and provided with bearing pieces 10, the cells or tunnels for treatment 12 being equipped with channels or slots for longitudinal conveying 13 for the passage of the support chassis.

Description

 The present invention relates to a transport trolley for shoes and / or leather or similar articles.

 More particularly, this invention relates to a trolley for shoes and / or leather or imitation articles, particularly suitable for use on continuous working lines with manual, semi-automatic and automatic animation.

 As is known, in the continuous working lines for shoes and / or leather or similar articles, the various shaping and assembling parts are generally transported from a work station to successive stations by means of suitable trolleys. It is also known that at present the carriages which are used for this work are essentially designed and produced according to technical and geometrical characteristics capable of satisfying the particular requirements of transport of each transport line.

 It follows that the same working lines produced in the same factory can title equipped with transport trolleys having different characteristics, depending on whether or not these lines are equipped with stations of a certain type, or else have an animation system rather than another. As a result of the factual construction concepts it turns out that many operations cannot be done automatically and many treatments, for example the humidification of the shoes, the desiccation, the reactivation, the suction of dust and gases, the cooling, etc., cannot be carried out on the grannies continuous working lines, but must be done off the lines, with other equipment. Another disadvantage is that these assembly lines do not allow anything coordinate all the work phases, limiting the possibility of automating them, and require significant handling of the products for the execution of the work phases interspersed with the treatment phases.

 The aim of this invention is to eliminate the drawbacks mentioned above.

 According to the present invention, a transporter trolley which can be used on any continuous working line, apart from its motorization, and which allows a continuous treatment of the transported products thanks to the passage through cells or processing tunnel .

 According to a preferred embodiment of the transport trolley according to the invention, the crosspieces and the uprights have a tubular shape, the uprights extend downward and the cells or processing tunnel have the passage corridor on the upper wall.

 Transport trolleys can be installed on a three-level assembly line, each level being provided with a tunnel or treatment cell.

 The transport trolley according to the invention is designed so that it can be used on any continuous working line, apart from motorization, whether manual, semi-sutomatic or sutomatic. In addition, this trolley is essentially non-universal because it has been designed so that its conformance matches any working phase, manual, automatic and / or semi-automatic, to the exclusion of any vacuum treatments. The support frame has a vertical structure fixed below the support container (s) and such that it can slip on and run freely between the open upper corridors provided on the cells or tunnels fixed for the treatments.

 The advantages obtained by the support trolley of the present invention consist essentially in the fact that, being of an interchangeable type and capable of being used indifferently on any type of installation, it can also be used also for work cycles manual only for partially or fully automatic cycles in which intermediate stages of treatment are possibly included. This is possible because the products supported by the support parts present on the crosspieces, applied to the vertical structure hung under each carriage, can be subjected to the treatments between cells or tunnels provided with pathways, while the upper part of each carriage, including the means of locomotion and relative drive, advance and move outside the cell or tunnel, thus avoiding possible damage, oxidation, pickling of paints and others which may occur in ra ison the contact of their mechanical parts with the substances used to carry out the treatment of the products inside the tunnels.

 Taking as reference the figures, the transport trolley for shoes and / or leather and similar articles, usable on continuous lines of work with manual, semi-automatic and automatic animation forming the subject of the present invention, essentially consists of: '' a supporting structure 1, fitted with wheels 2 for routing on rails 3 of any assembly and animation line 4. On the supporting structure 1 is fixed at least one container bin 5, on the lateral and opposite edges 6 of the tank are fixed and extend down two uprights 7.

The two uprights 7 are fixed the ends 8 of traversea 9, each of which is provided with several support pieces 10 able to accommodate and support the leather articles, or the like, to be treated. In the case illustrated by the figures and taken as an example, the articles to be treated are shoes 11. Taking as a reference the above-mentioned example, it can be noted that the trolley in question can be used effectively and functionally on the assembly and transport lines for shoes 11 to which are coupled both manual work stations and semi-automatic or automatic stations, at one or more production levels.

 Ultimately, the carriage forming the object of the present invention is perfectly usable on manual transport lines, coupled to simple work cycles, but it can also be used in installations having cycles, partial or total, automatic or semi-automatic, in particular they are suitable for transporting and supporting articles to undergo special treatments.

 Remaining in the field of shoes, the cha oiot is suitable for the transport and positioning of the uppers to be submitted, for example - ru automatic treatment of humidification of the tips and slaps before the relative mounting of the tips and slaps; - to the drying treatment in the oven by blowing hot or hot-humid air, - to the removal of dust after carding, - to the so-called drying treatment, -, to the treatment of suction of the vapors and irridiation by means of infrared or halogen resistances; - to the cooling treatment and, in any case - to all the treatments which can be carried out during the continuous movement of the carriages in the stations themselves, or else during previous stops and which in any case do not require the hermetic closure of the ovens, cells and tunnels assigned to the above mentioned.

 An example of application is illustrated in FIG. 3; ob the trolleys of the above-mentioned type are used on a transport assembly line 4 at three levels, on each of which are arranged cells or tunnel 12 in which the shoes 11 are subjected to treatment.

 To do this, each tunnel 12 is provided with a passage corridor or upper slot 13 through which pass, without striking or ohliger other elements, the uprights 7 with the crosspieces 9 which are linked thereto. As can be seen, the crosspieces 9 may be one or more in number, depending on the productive capacities of the line to which they are applied.

 In all cases, the carriages which are the subject of the present invention can be used, without any modification or with marginal modifications, also on other working lines.

Claims (7)

 1.- Transport trolley for shoes and / or leather or similar articles, particularly suitable for use on continuous working lines with manual, semi-automatic or automatic animation and comprising a tunnel or processing cells, characterized in that '' it comprises a carrying structure (1) provided with tracking wheels (2), at least one container (5) fixed on this carrying structure (1) and a support frame and transport of shoes (11) and / or articles to treat consisting of two cantilever uprights (7) fixed to opposite sides of the container (5) and one or more crosspieces (9) fixed on these uprights (7) and provided with supporting parts (10) , the treatment cells or tunnels (12) being provided with longitudinal passageways or slots (13) for the passage of the support frame.  2.- transport trolley according to claim 1 characterized in that the uprights (7), the crosspieces (9) and the support pieces (10) extend inside the cell or tunnel (12), and the supporting structure (1) and the container (5) remain outside said tunnel or the treatment cell (12).  3.-transport trolley according to any one of claims 1 or 2 characterized in that the uprights (7) extend towards the has and the cells or processing tunnel (12) have their passageway (13) on their upper surface.  4.-Transporter trolley according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the uprights (7) are provided with several crosspieces (9), each of them being provided with several support pieces (10).  5.-transport trolley according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it advances along the rails (3) assembly lines and animations (4), of manual, semi-automatic or automatic type.  6.- Transport trolley according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lateral uprights (7) roll along the passageways (13) not open on the upper part of the tunnel and / or fixed treatment cells.  7.- Transport trolley according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is mounted on each level of an animation assembly line (4) with several levels, each level being provided with cell or tunnel (12) with the relative passage corridor (13).
