Abstract
L'invention concerne un cinémomètre radar à effet Doppler destiné à mesurer la vitesse d'un véhicule ferroviaire. Selon l'invention, il comporte deux antennes 1, 2 mécaniquement solidaires entre elles dont les axes forment un angle déterminé entre eux. De préférence, cet angle est compris entre 60 et 120 degrés. Pour un fonctionnement en sécurité, les antennes sont alimentées chacune en ondes d'hyperfréquence F1, F2 par leur propre générateur d'ondes 4, 5 et fournissent chacune les ondes réfléchies correspondantes Fd1, Fd2 à une unité de traitement distincte 11, 12, les signaux provenant de ces deux unités de traitement étant ensuite traités dans un ensemble de calcul 15 qui fournit la valeur de la vitesse mesurée.
