Abstract
Pour la préparation de corps moulés au carbone, notamment de fibres au carbone, il est proposé un procédé dans lequel le précurseur est un polymère obtenu à partir de composés polycycliques condensés linéairement ayant un poids moléculaire entre 500 et 1200. Il est obtenu par polymérisation de produits aromatiques annellés linéairement, substitués en position bêta et éventuellement après avoir chassé par distillation les monomères et polymères comportant moins de cinq cycles, il est soumis à une extraction fractionnée avec un gaz surcritique, afin de rétrécir la plage des poids moléculaires. Les fibres en carbone ainsi obtenues, préparées d'une manière connue, font partie de la catégorie des fibres à module d'élasticité élevé.For the preparation of carbon molded bodies, in particular carbon fibers, a process is proposed in which the precursor is a polymer obtained from linearly condensed polycyclic compounds having a molecular weight between 500 and 1200.
