Dispositif caractérisé en ce que le couvercle 2 est réalisé en deux parties 34, 38, une partie extérieure 34 principalement bombée vers l'extérieur et une partie intérieure 38 principalement bombée vers l'intérieur, et définissant entre elles et à leur périphérie un logement dans lequel est encastré par la forme un joint torique, ce couvercle étant relié par un organe de liaison réglable au bras dont l'extrémité mobile porte un moyen de liaison à grenouillère. c. L'invention concerne les couvercles et dispositifs étanches à couvercle. (CF DESSIN DANS BOPI)
