Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de fonctionnement qui supprime le pré-réglage. Il est constitué d'une pince articulée 6 serrant par écartement des branches 1-3. La pression est exercée par le levier 2 prenant appui par son axe 5 sur la branche inférieure 3. Un ressort de fermeture 4 assure la préhension. (CF DESSIN DANS BOPI)

Description
La présente invention concerne à cet efiet,les instruments du type pince-étau,permettant de serrer des vis,des boulons et autres pièces métalliques.
Dans l'outillage connu de ce genre,un pré-réglage est nécessaire,pour obtenir un serrage parfait,d'où perte de temps dans cette opération.
flans cette nouvelle invention,la simple manoeuvre d'un levier permet d'chtenir de la pince,serrage et blocage instantané.
Selon la première variante,cet instrument consiste en une pince articulée qui,à l'inverse des instruments existant ne fonctionne pas par pression sur les branches,mais par écartement @e celles-ci et donnant les mêmes pressions .
Selon une caractéristique,la poignée supérmeure comporte une @lissière pratiquée dans la masse par où circule,par un axe une noix solidaire de 2 flasques venues d'une même pièce où reliées par soudures au levier de manoeuvre.Par pression sur la branche inférieure,la rotation de l'ensemble assure serrage et blocage en fin de course la branche inférieure est munie de petits crans sur qui prend appui la base de la noix terminé par un biseau.
Un resort de fermeture des machoires permet de maintenir les pie ces à serrer.
L'invention s'étend aux caractéristiques ci-aprèset aux diverses combinaisons possibles.Un appareil conforme à l'invention est représenté à titre d'exemple non limitatif sur les formes des dessins ci-joints.
Le dessin,tel qu'il est représenté,est une vue en plan de l'appareil,fermé et ouvert.Les éléments constituants sont;
1 branche supérieure,2 glissières,3 noix et levier artioulé,
4 branche superieure crantée, 5 ressort de fermeture et de préhen-
sion,6 axe de levier,7 axe d'assemblage et d'articulation.

  1. REVENDICATIONS
    I,Pince-étau,caractérisé par un ensemble articulé,dont I,branche supérieure,2 glissière de course du levier, 3,noix et levier de manFroevre, 4branche inférieure crantée 5,ressort de fermeture et de préhension,6 axe du levier 7,axe d'assemblage et d'articulation.
