Abstract

Manufacture of a cap or other headgear by producing a fabric consisting of: 1. an upper fabric; 2. a thin layer of synthetic foam; 3. an underfabric. This assembly is united by passing it between two hot plates or cylinders. It is cut to size allowing for simple assembly. This method avoids the separate assembling of the top fabric and the bottom fabric, the ironing on a wooden form, heating and drying.
