Abstract

The invention relates to a pneumatic level tester applicapable, for example, as a security system in pressurised tanks. It consists of a hexagonally shaped body 1 drilled with a blind hole, two glands 3 which are screwed in order to support the shaft 2, of a U-piece 4 fixed onto a flat of the shaft 2, of a valve 6 fitted with a plug 7 drilled in order to receive a rod 8 and of a bracket for supporting and fixing the valve 6. When the U-piece 4 brings the adjustment screw 5 against the head 8', the rod 8 slides in the plug 7 and pushes the flap 19. The device according to the invention is in particular intended for the petrol and chemical industries.
