Abstract

Description

 The present invention relates to a device for the preparation of emulsions.

 The present invention more particularly relates to a device for the preparation of dilutions in the preparation of medicaments on a reduced scale, allowing the pharmacist to prepare certain medicaments himself.

 Up to now, the pharmacist has not sucked in the possibility of preparing certain medicines, in particular homeopathic medicines in the absence of devices on a reduced scale, allowing such preparations. As a result, the pharmacist's role is purely limited to buying and selling the products concerned, produced on an industrial scale by large companies. In particular the preparation of homeopathic medicines is the monopoly of specialized firms.

 The preparation of dilutions is part of many homeopathic preparations. A dilution is a dynamic dilution of plant extracts with a water-alcohol mixture.

By energizing, that is to say by stirring in a strong and striking manner, a very high degree of dilution is obtained which considerably increases the medicinal energy transmitted.

 The device for the preparation of dilutions according to the invention is characterized by a tray provided with a stop device for bottles and actuated by a mechanism similar to an electric cutting saw which gives it an up and down movement. and descending jerky.

 The device to be energized according to the invention, as shown in the figures. and 2, essentially consists of a trunk (1), in which the dynamizing mechanism and its electrical control is located, - and a tray (2), on which a bottle (16), which contains the liquid to be energized, to be tight.

 The device to energize according to the invention (Fig.2) consists of an electric cutting saw dontona removed the blade and the blade holder, and mounted inversely in the trunk (1). This electric cutting saw (3) provides a jerky up and down movement.

A timer (4) and an electronic speed regulator (5) are connected to the electrical circuit of the electric cutting saw (3). The timer (4) is adjustable from 0 to 6 seconds. The electronic speed regulator (5) is adjustable from 0 to 1500 strokes per minute.

 A closed bottle (16) containing the liquid to be energized is tightened on the plate (2). To this end, the plate (2) (fig. 3) is provided with a nut bolt (6), leading across a tube (7), inserted in the fitting (8) of the energizing mechanism (3). When the nut bolt (6) is tightened, the tube (7) is clamped between the lower side of the plate (2) and the upper side of the fitting (8). Therefore, the plate (2) and the connector (8) are indissolubly joined. At the top, the tube (7) widens into a sleeve (9) for the support of the plate (2). To conduct the movement of the tube (7), a pad guide (10) is provided at the top of the trunk (1).

This bearing (10) is made of a self-lubricating synthetic material, eg ertalon-graphite. So that the plate (2) is not unscrewed pcs by turning around the axis of the nut bolts (6), the sleeve (9) is provided with two reference rods (11). These reference rods (11) are placed on both sides of the nut bolt (6) and they slide in two cavities (12) of the bearing (10).  The plate (2) is provided with two stop bars (14) (fig. 1) mounted diagonally on the edge of the plate (2).

The upper surface of the plate (2) is covered with a layer of cushioning rubber (15) so as not to damage the bottle (16). The bottle (16) is tightened by means of a clamp (17), suspended between the stop bars (14) using two stop springs (18) in the form of a V (iig.4 ).

Such a stop spring (18) is folded from an elastic band, eg made of metal. The shape of the stop spring (18) is such that by pressing the two branches (19) one on the other, the stop spring (18) exerts a force which opens the branches (19) of each stop spring (18).

Each branch (19) is provided with an orifice (20). The holes (20) of each branch (19) of the two stop springs (18) are all at the same distance from the point of intersection of the branches (19) of a stop spring (14). The clamp (17) to the two stop springs (18) can be suspended between the stop bars (14) when the arms (19) of each stop spring (18) are pressed one on the other. other, by which the distance A (fig. 4) increases. The branches (19) must be pressed so close to each other that the distance A equals the distance between the axes of the stop bars (14).

To fix a bottle (16), the clamp (17) must be lowered until it presses against the upper side of the bottle (16). When the branches (19) are released, they move apart and the orifices (20) tighten around the stop bars (14). By pressing on points X (fig. 2) with your thumbs, the clamp is tensioned by means of the stop springs (18) between the stop bars (14), so that the bottle (16) is wedged between the clamp (17) and the plate (2). The clamp (17) can be attached to each height of the stop bars (14), so that different sizes of bottles (16) can be used. Your lower surface of the clamp (17) is covered with a layer of shock absorbing rubber, so as not to damage the bottle (16).

 The preparation of dilutions using the device to be energized according to the invention is done as follows.

A bottle (16) containing the thinning means and the ex plant traits is wedged between the plate (2) and the clamp (17). The frequency of cuts necessary for preparation can, between development with the electronic speed regulator (5), range from 0 to 1500 strokes per minute.

The operating time can be set with the timer between 0 and 6 seconds. The dynamiser mechanism (3) sets in motion the plate (2) and the bottle (16). Sudden changes in direction of movement and strikes against the pad (13) give rise to a jerky movement.

When the timer (4) cuts the current of the energizing mechanism (3), the bottle (16) can be removed by pressing the branches (19) one on the other and sliding the clamp (17) upwards.

 The device to be energized according to the invention is an inexpensive, simple and compact device, making it possible to prepare dilutions or emulsions on a reduced scale, adapted to the activity of the pharmacist in this field.

The stopper can hold different sizes of bottles, so that the quantity prepared is variable.
