Abstract

Miniature basketball is an invention of interest to the games and sports sector. The miniature basketball device comprises one or two boards having horizontal sides which are equal to or less than 75 cm and vertical sides which are equal to or less than 50 cm. These boards are equipped with a basket comprising a ring with an internal diameter which is equal to or less than 25 cm and a net with a depth which is equal to or less than 22.5 cm. The miniature basketball is designed to be playable anywhere, particularly in small gyms or at home, and by anybody, particularly young children who, with a lighter and smaller ball, may throw this ball at the basket with one hand and thus learn suitable technical movements from a young age.
