Description

L'invention présentée concerne un pansement déshydratant. Actuellement une plaie est pansée, soit avec un pansement adhésif, soit laissée à l'air libre. Dans le premier cas la cicatrisation peut être retardée par l'apparition de divers liquides physiologiques qui peuvent perturber le tissu cicatriciel ; par ailleurs le dit tissu est souvent déchiré si l'on change de pansement. Dans le deuxième cas la plaie est exposée aux infections secondaires.
Le pansement déshydratant a pour ambition d'apporter un palliatif aux deux inconvénients pré-cités.
Il est constitué par un support en plastique transparent souple (1) maintenu en place par une bande adhésive (2) dans laquelle il est inséré sur le dit support vient s'adapter une coupole en matière plastique transparente rigide (3) dans laquelle est disposé un déshydratant (4) confiné entre la coupole (3) et une cloison perforée (5),permettant la circulation de l'air mais interdisant au déshydratant (4) de polluer la plaie (6) représentée, ici, avec un point de suture (7). La plaie ntest plus en contact avec la bande adhésive (2). Elle est visible en permanence. Elle peut éventuellement être nettoyée. Lorsque le déshydratant est saturé, il suffit de changer la coupole (3).
Description détaillée. Le pansement déshydratant est constitué par les éléments suivants.
a) Une capsule en matière plastique transparente rigide (3).
b) Un support de capsule en matière plastique souple (1) maintenu en
place par une bande adhésive (2) dans laquelle il est inséré.
c) Un anneau tubulaire élastique (8) qui assure l'étanchéité de l'appa
reil.
Mise en place. La Fig. 2 retrace les modalités de mise en place. La capsule (3) d'un diamètre d'ouverture légèrement inférieur à celui du bord du support (1) - ohase a - est.d'abord incliné - phase b - puis, pressée sur le support - phase c -. L'anneau circulaire élastique (8) vient bloquer le système - phase d -.
A titre d'exemples deux pansements ont été présentés
- Le premier - fig. 3 - fig. 4 - est conforme à l'exposé ci-dessus.
- Le second - fig. 5 - fig. 6 - concerne une plaie à l'extrêmité
d'un doigt (7) difficile à panser. Une capsule had-hoc (3) vient s'ac
crocher sur une couronne obtenue en insérant le socle du support dans
la bande (fig. 5). Pour la mise en place, ce support est découpé à la
longueur nécessaire (9).
Les pansements complexes nécessitant des appareillages had-hoc sont équipés de la capsule déshydratante : elle constitue la partie essentielle de l'invention ; accessoirement nous rappelons que la plaie soignée est toujours visible ; que le tissu cicatriciel de la plaie sera toujours intact.

Claims (6)

Revendications
1) Le pansement déshydratant est caractérisé par le fait qu'il permet de
garder sèche la plaie qu'il protège (7).
2) Le pansement déshydratant selon la revendication 1 est caractérisé
par le fait qu'il facilité la création du tissu cicatriciel (6).
3) Le pansement déshydratant selon les revendications 1 et 2 est caracté
risé par le fait qu'il permet un examen visuel permanent de la plaie
(7) grâce à la transparence de la capsule (3) et même à la possibilité
d'ôter la dite capsule.
4) Le pansement déshydratant selon la revendication 3 est caractérisé par
l'anneau élastique tubulaire (8) assurant la stabilité de la capsule
(3) et l'étanchéité du système.
5) Le pansement déshydratant selon la revendication 1 est caractérisé par
le fait qu'il permet une cicatrisation dans une atmosphère dont on ne
peut modifier l'hygrométrie grâce au remplacement de la capsule (3)
contenant le déshydratant (4).
6) Le pansement déshydratant selon l'une quelconque des revendications
précédentes peut être associé aux appareils chirurgicaux, utilisés
pour soigner les plaies, aux fins de déshydratation des dites plaies.
