Abstract

Automatic recuperator of drink cups. The invention comprises an apparatus making it possible to recover drink cups on which a deposit has previously been paid, to destroy them and to reimburse the deposit. It consists of a dustbin 3 surmounted by a device allowing a cup to be inserted through a template on a cup holder 12 integral with a crushing disc 13 allowing, by its rotation, crushing of the cup on a crushing crown 16, its removal into a dustbin sack 11 and return of the deposit on the cup. A system for testing for the presence of a cup 14 and a sensor 24 detecting a characteristic marking on the cup trigger the coin return system 17.
