Invention relating to a process for producing electricity cheaply and without risk. It consists of two tanks: an upper tank 1 and a lower tank 2, which communicate by means of an air bell 3; thus a chain 4, fitted with weights 5 and floats 6 and supporting inverted tractions, moves within them, driving a gear 8, the latter rotating one or more dynamos 9.
