Abstract

The present invention relates to an anti-barking apparatus for dogs, controlling the automatic triggering of a tape recorder allowing a cassette to be played on which the voice of the master is recorded for the purpose of calming the animal or making it keep quiet the moment it barks or makes any noise. The apparatus comprises a microphone 8 connected to a circuit comprising a stabilised power supply 1, a filter 2, a filling 3, a timer 4 which is adjustable by a control knob 9 allowing the speaking time to be programmed, a mains micro relay 5, a power relay 6 and a tape recorder output 7. The apparatus will only operate when the intensity of the noise corresponds to the intensity chosen by use of the knob 10. The apparatus is useable for making domestic animals and also young children keep quiet.
