L'ETANCHEITE EST FAITE PAR EMPLOI D'UNE PATE SILICONE 6. LE GONFLAGE SE FAIT PAR UN RACCORD SOUPLE 7 RAMENE SUR UNE DES FLASQUES 2 OU 3.

Description

La presente invention à pour objet un dispositif d'habillage de roues de motocyclettes en vue de l'amélioration du coefficient de pénétration dans l'air. I1 peut équiper soit la roue arriere soit les deux roues de la motocyclette.
Les roues actuelles, roues à rayons ou roues à batons ne donnent pas entière satisfaction, créant des perturbations lorsque la motocyclette roule.
Aussi, l'invention a pour objet de remédier à cet inconvenient en améliorant la résistance à l'air et donc en apportant une économie d'énergie. Elle sera mieux comprise en se référant aux figures jointe s : - Les figures 1 et 3 représentant les flasques
gauche et droite.
- La figure 2 représentant une coupe de la roue
équipée des deux flasques.
Le dispositif selon l'invention comporte deux flasques ( 2) et (3) montées de part et d'autre de la roue constituées de deux plaques,circulaires épousant la circonférence du moyeu et couvrant toute la péripherie de la jante. Chaque flasque comporte un trou central (9) dans lequel s'emboite le moyeu(10) de la roue, et elle est plaquée sur le bord péri -phérique de la jante (1).
Les flasques sont équipées de trous de fixation (8) repartis régulièrement sur une ligne circulaire et recoivent des rivets (4) pénétrant dans des trous borgnes (5) portés par la jante (1). En variante, la fixation peut se faire par tout moyen équivalent notamment des brides.
L'étanchéité entre les flasques (2) et (3) et la jante (i) est assurée par un film de pate silicone.
La valve de gonflage (12) du pneu est ramenée par l'intermediaire d'un raccord souple (/11) caoutchouté sur un orifice (7) porté par l'une des deux flasques (2) ou (3).
Les flasques (2) et (3) sont réalisées en matériaux legers tel que aluminium ou équivalent ou matière plastique opaque ou translucide.
Les flasques selon l'invention peuvent être montées sur toute motocyclette sur la roue arrière ou sur les deux roues.

Claims (3)

  1. R E V E N D I C A T I O N S.
    la jante (1).

    circulaire pour fixation desdites flasques à l'aide
    s'emboite~le moyeu (10) de la roue et de trous de fixation (8) répartis régulierement sur ligne
    et (3) équipés d'un trou central (9) dans lequel
    caractérise en ce qu'il comporte deux flasques (2)
    i - Dispositif d'habillage de roues de motocyclette
  2. 2 - Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caracterise en ce qu'il comporte un film de pate silicone assurant
    l'étanchéité entre les flasques (2) et (3) et la
    jante (1).
  3. 3 - Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérise en ce
    qu'il comporte un orifice ( 7) recevant un raccord souple (11) relié à la valve de gonflage ( 12) du pneu.
