Abstract

The method of energy recovery is based on a double exchanger. The first exchanger is of the water-air type mounted in the discharge pipes (e.g. for smoke). The second exchanger is of the air-water type installed in the premises to be heated. The second exchanger is therefore fitted with a fan which blows over it and discharges heat into the premises, or the machine, or the apparatus to be heated, doing so in a neutral and non-polluting way. Pneumatic, electro-pneumatic or electric regulation of the proportional, proportional integral or proportional integral and derivative (PID) type may be mounted on the pipework connecting the two exchangers in order to control the blowing temperature from a regulating potentiometer. Applications include the heating of industrial premises, buildings, offices and private houses since the device can also be adapted to any heating plant.
