Description

The present invention relates to a staple magazine for medical statures adapting on a clamp support allowing their expulsion and closure.

Sutures are known in surgery by laying a series of metal staples contained in a removable magazine by means of a clamp for their expulsion and closure, the staples contained in the magazine are arranged and held in staggered rows so that once the tissues are close together, a sealed suture when they are closed. This method of suture has certain disadvantages, particularly with regard to the closure of the staples, which must compress the tissues without excess in order to respect their vitality, which does not generate not the ischemia and thus the haemostasis of the slices of the severed tissues, this defect of haemostasis often has dramatic consequences forcing the practitioner to complete the suture by practicing points over the wire which causes a waste of time and disorganizes the arrangement of staples anulising the main advantages of mechanical suture up to the formation of a hematoma n / a urce of infection
In order to provoke hemostasis, the practice of electro-coagulation is also known, since the coagulating current can cause stained tissue to break through tissue, which can weaken the inflammatory phenomena that can affect speed and strength. healing.

The object of the invention is to overcome the disadvantages previously described.

The invention relates to a staple magazine for medical sutures fitting on a clamp support comprising a series of three rows of recesses arranged in a staggered manner on a body which they pass through from one side to the other, in which the staples are arranged. their heel each resting on a movable pushpiece sliding in the recesses, said pushers being connected to the rear of the loader body to a base, the displacement during the action of the push of the clamp causes the simultaneous expulsion of the staples and their closure in a B-shape in contact with the anvil attached to the forceps on the tissues to be joined, so that the two consecutive rows upstream of the wafer of tissues engender the étanchite, the suture while maintaining the vitality of said tissues while the third row downstream of the two previous engenders by a more pronounced crushing of the clip on the tissues by means of plungers of pl long length in combination with the anvil haemostasis and tissue inflammation for strong and rapid healing.
