Abstract

UN PROCEDE DE FABRICATION DE MAISONS INDIVIDUELLES CARACTERISE PAR LA REALISATION PREALABLE EN USINE DE "PANNEAUX MURS" FORMES D'UN SQUELETTE PORTEUR METALLIQUE 6 RECEVANT DEUX VOILES DE BETON 7 MINCE RENFORCE ET PRENANT EN SANDWICH UNE ISOLATION 5 THERMIQUE; ENSUITE LA LIVRAISON ET L'ASSEMBLAGE SUR CHANTIER PUIS LA PROJECTION DU VOILE EN BETON SONT PREVUS.

Description

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication de maisons
à partir de "panneaux de murs", plus particulièrement destinés à la réalisa-
tion de maisons individuelles.
L'un des buts de l'invention est de permettre une fabrication en usines
fixes ou foraines pour obtenir une industrialisation, le montage s'effectuant très rapidement sur le chantier à partir des éléments fabriqués en usine.
L'invention va maintenant être décrite avec plus de détails en se rêfé- - rant à un mode de réalisation particulier donné a titre d'exemple seulement et représenté au dessin annexé.
Sur ce dessin, la planche I montre en perspective un "panneau mur".
Le procédé selon l'invention consiste à realiser en usine des panneaux 'en emboitant et assemblant entre eux des poutrelles métalliques en treillis
(1 - 2), afin de constituer un squelette porteur ayant en dimension la surface de la façade de la maison.
D'y emboîter des blocs de produits isolants (5) dont les angles auront été au préalable chanfreinés,
D'agrafer de part et d'autre du squelette un grillage metallique (6), D'y incorporer les menuiseries, portes ou fenetres les les reseaux électriques et sanitaires.
Le panneau ainsi construit constituant la phase "fabrication en usine".
Ces panneaux sont ensuite livrés sur chantier ou ils sont alors posés et assemblés entre eux afin de constituer les murs de la maison.
Ils reçoivent alors par projection, sur la face extérieure, un voile de micro-béton de l'épaisseur désirée (7) ; ce voile, grâce a la forme des chanfreins des blocs de produit isolant, a une épaisseur plus importante au niveau de chaque poutre treillis et les enrobe, formant ainsi des raidisseurs (8).
Sur ce voile ainsi projete et lissé, tous les revêtements peuvent y être appliqués (peinture, tyrolien, etc...).
Ces mêmes panneaux reçoivent ensuite, toujours par projection, sur leurs faces intérieures, soit un voile de plâtre, soit un voile de mortier en ciment, formant ainsi après lissage le revêtement intérieur.
En finalité, ce mur ainsi constitué se compose de deux voiles minces, renforcés et solidaires entre eux grâce aux poutres treillis métalliques et prenant en sandwich une isolation importante.
on conçoit que de tels "panneaux pourront être réalisés à bon marche en très peu de temps et ne nécessiteront ni de la main-d'oeuvre qualifie ni d'investissements importants.
Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée au mode de réalisation qui vient d'etre décrit et représenté ci-dessus. On pourra y apporter de nombreuses modifications sans sortir pour cela du cadre de l'invention.

Claims (2)

REVENDICATIONS
1/ Procédé de fabrication de maisons individuelles caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à realiser préalablement en usine des "panneaux murs' ; à les livrer et à les assembler sur chantier et à y projeter un voile en béton arme.
2/ Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérise en ce que le "panneau mur" est formé d'un squelette porteur métallique recevant deux voiles de béton mince renforcé et prenant en sandwich une isolation thermique.
