Abstract

The invention relates to a musical game whose physical medium permits error-free composition of any musical style. It comprises a staffboard 1 and a box of cards representing musical nomenclature. The tuning function cards 2 are installed above each measure 3, accompanied by their specific nomenclature 4. The note cards 5 whose length is representative of their rhythmic value are installed on the staffboard. Among the applications of the invention, it is possible to mention marketing in music shops, its use in music schools, its use as a novel working tool for any musician.

Description

 The present invention relates to a music game with educational characters, entertaining and allowing the composition of any musical style.

 Traditionally, the musician needs his instrument, a good theoretical knowledge of music and inspiration to be able to compose.

 This invention will serve as a material intermediary between the musician and the writing of music. It is a working tool for the musician. This game is aimed at both beginners and professionals. To the beginner musician, he learns to recognize the notes on the staff, their positions, the chords, the rhythm. Professional, he develops creativity and perfects sight reading, composition, harmony and rhythm techniques, improvisation.

 This game includes a range board and a box of cards representing the musical nomenclature.

Figure 1 shows the range board. The litter (q) is drawn on a cardboard board and divided by strips of cardboard (2). Note cards (3) which are placed on the litter are thus held stably by these strips of cardboard: fig2,
Figure 4 shows an example of note cards. Each note, on a fragment of staff, is printed on a rectangular cardboard. This embodiment allows the immediate identification of the note and avoids error in the melodic writing.

The length of the note card corresponds to the rhythmic value of the note.

This length corresponds to the span board: to a measurement length of the span board corresponds the same length of note cards to place. This embodiment avoids error in rhythmic writing.

 Figure Ç shows the box. This boot is divided into compartments where the various elements of the musical nomenclature are stored.

The description of the creation of this box and its content is divided into four parts.

 Part 1 is divided into thirteen compartments. The first twelve group together in chromatic order the entire register of note cards in the round (rhythmic value). The thirteenth includes the silence cards corresponding to the value of the round (pause).

 Part 2 is divided into twelve compartments of the same size corresponding to the twelve notes of the chromatic scale. In each compartment is the graphical indication of the note (Do / C, Réb / Db, Ré / D, Mib / Eb, Mi / E, Fa / F, FaW / F, / F #, Sol / G, Lab / Ab, La / A, Sib / Bb, Si / 8).

Each compartment is divided into seven compartments. Six compartments are of different lengths corresponding to the different rhythmic values of the note cards.

For example in figure 5, the compartment Do / C contains the note cards in blsnche- in- the first compartment, in black bridged in the second, in black in the third, in eighth note in the fourth, in eighth note pointed in the fifth, sixteenth note in the sixth.

This embodiment allows easy manipulation and rapid storage of musical notes. The seventh compartment contains the chord cards which are placed above each measure. On the left side of the map, the chord is drawn on a fragment of staff and it is named on the right side: fig4 (9).

This embodiment allows visual identification of the agreement in addition to its appointment.

 The "Chord functions" box contains small cards with Roman numerals (I, IIb, II, IIIb, III, IV, IV, V, VIbs VI, VIIb, VIII) indicating the chord function. These cards are placed next to the chord cards, above each measure.

 The "Shift - Shift7 - m - m7 - 7 - m7 (5b) - augm - dim" box contains small cards on which the various terms cited on the cover are inscribed.

These small cards are combined with the "Chord functions" cards and determine the nature of the agreement.

 The box "4, 4 #, 5b, 6, 7, Shift7, 9b, 9, 9fi, 11, 11, 11 #, 13b, 13" contains small cards on which are written the various terms cited on the cover. These small cards combine with the chord cards and indicate the auxiliary voltages.

 The "Voltages - Notes to avoid" box contains small numbered cards (9, 11, 13) in red and blue. The blue cards indicate the tensions, the red cards indicate the notes to avoid; they are associated with the "chord functions" cards.

The performer installs his chords with the small cards (which accompany them above each measure) as well as the temp card at the start of the measure.

The measurements are then filled with the note cards (5) by the performer (s) who follow the method of unfolding proposed by one of the sets of the rule written for this invention.

 This invention is intended for use in music schools, marketed in music stores. This game is a new working tool for musicians of all skill levels. it can be used in the field of musical writing research.
