Abstract

The resistive pick-up has a support plate (1) in a supple acid-resistant electrically insulating material such as polyethylene or polypropylene. Two metallic conducting arms (2) are deposited on the support using a mask with a meander or chicane path. The two conductors are separated by an insulating pathway (7). Grooves (6) which facilitate realisation of the pick-up are disposed in the support in such a way that they do not cross the longitudinal parts (8) of the conducting pathways. For rapid connection a conducting pad (4) pierced by a hole is welded or pinned to the end of each conducting pathway. The pick-up is intended as a humidity detector for use by enuresis sufferers.
