Abstract
Description
DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to shoes made for all seasons and the most varied situations
To finally reach a better comfort of the foot, the shoe is provided with a microcellular foam inner sole that compresses when the foot touches the ground; the interior air is thus expelled. The raising of the foot causes a call of ambient air. Through-holes, rifles, two ducts and an orifice ensure the flow of air.
The fact that the insole compresses causes the user a <ar arch in flexibility. The "strike" of the foot on the ground is thus damped.
Their shape is made for the ease of the foot, this shape corresponds to that of the "contour" of the foot in support.
Figure 1 shows the view of the heel of the shoe.
Figure 3 shows the bottom view of the insole (left foot).
Figure 4 shows a section of the insole 2 stopped at the XY axis.
FIG. 5 represents the front view of the insole 2.
Figure 6 shows the composition of the insole 2, seen in section along the axis EE.
sont plus grandes que les surfaces F (voir figure 3 ).FIG. 7 represents the indication of the location of the inner semellar 2 in the soleplate 1 .The dimension z represents the width of the insole 2; it is also the internal dimension of the insole.
Two parts of "VELCRO" tape 2.4.1 and 2.4.2 are glued respectively to each of them. surfaces in contact with the soles 2 and
So
the insole 2 is held on the other sole 1,
the insole 2 can withdraw to perform the
cleaning of the ribs, the inner part of the sole let
driving 4 and 3
The layers 2,4.1 and 2.4.2 are cut with a punch press type machine. The cut parts are then glued.
at the "foam" layer 2.3 and at the sole 1
So that the insole 2 sinks less at the heel and the
"flat", foot, main foot support areas, cone surfaces
are expected to be larger than the others: the G and H surfaces
are larger than the surfaces F (see Figure 3).
ment aux zones avoisinantes(voir figure 3 ).Along the "outline" of the foot, where the foot is flush, parts
hollow 11 allow the edge of the sole to compress like that
neighboring areas (see Figure 3).
intérieure 2,appelée z ,est égale à la largeur interne de:la semelle 1.In order to avoid displacements of the "microcellular foam" 2.3,
a layer "PLEXIGLASS" semi rigid 2.2 is included in the sole
Inside 2 .It is equipped with a plating. It is adjusted to the shape
inside the soleplate 1.Thus the "foam" layer 2.3 retracts
in the vertical direction onlyXThe width of the sole
Inner 2, called z, is equal to the internal width of: the sole 1.
pratiquées sur le bordé(voir figure 5 ).To allow the folding of the layer 2.2 of the notches 12 are
practiced on the plating (see Figure 5).
6.2 est collée au conduit 3.(voir figure 2 ).The insole 2 is provided on its upper part
a layer 2.1 in canvas "felt" (see Figure 6)
The ventilation is adjustable. The duct aerator 3, in penny
ple, of composition almost identical to that of the sole 1, is
provided with a-orifice 5 closable by a double band "VELCRO" whose
part 6.1 is movable vertically on part 6.2.
6.2 is glued to the conduit 3. (see Figure 2).
The duct 3 and the sole 1 are obtained by molding.
Le conduit 4 est obtenu par perçage. The duct 4 is obtained by drilling.
dans la semelle intérieure 2 (voir figure 3).Through-holes 10.1 and 10.2, the two main seams
9.1 and 9.2 secondary grooves ensure the passage of air
in the insole 2 (see Figure 3).
The felted fabric 8 is glued to the waterproof fabric 7.
their connection with the sole 1, the felted web 8 is glued to
the inside of the sole and the waterproof cloth to the outside.
(voir figure 2 ). (see Figure 2).
