Description

Cette seringue permet de réaliser facilement des anesthésies intrarosseuses. Son but est de trépaner la corticale osseuse gracie à la rotation d'une aiguille qui pourra, ainsi, pénétrer dans la zane osseuse souhaitée, très près du trajet nerveux recherché,
Elle a été plus spécialement étudiée pour les soins dentaires, mais peut être utilisée dans d'autres cas similaires.
Son usage en dentisterie permet de réaliser plus aisément des anesthésies dites "intraseptalesn car il n'est plus néces
saire d'exercer une pression soutenue sur la seringue ainsi qu
sur le piston propulsant l'anesthésique.
Cette seringue à aiguile rotative est prévue pour s'adapter
sur les divers microtours en service. actuellement, mais il est prévu la réalisation d'une seringue avec microtour incorporé.
La figure jointe donne un exemple non exclusif de réalisa
tion d'une seringue conforme à l'invention.- Elle est partiel
lement schématisée et non traçée à ltéchelle.- Il est donc possible dans certains cas d'opérer des modifications de détail
du moment que ce#les-ci restent dans l'esprit de l'invention.
(I) est l'aiguille dont une extrémité pénètre dans l'ampoule
(2)-Le corps de la seringue (3) comporte un capuchon (4) qui va permettre l'introduction de la partie tournante (5)-(6) qui contiendra notament l'ampoule (2).- Dans cette pièce (5) est le corpe et (6) le capuchon qui permettra l'échange des ampoules.
En bout de (4) est le dispositif (I4) de serrage de l'aiguille
(non représenté). - (7) est le dispositif de commande de rotation de la pièce -(s) en liaison avec le microtour (ils) simple##r-t ment indiqué.-(I0) est le piston dont la tige est filetée sur une partie de sa longueur et qui est guidée par le pièce (I2)
La pièce-écrou (II) dont le déplacement assure l'embrayage (8) avec la pièce (5) obligera , lorsque l'embrayage sera en contact,
la tige du piston à avancer dans l'ampoule.
Dans l'exemple de réalisation dessiné, il n'a été prévu
qu'un seul embrayage, mais il est possible d'en prévoir un deuxième pour libérer dexla rotation la pièce (5) mais alors si on veut pouvoir continuer l'anesthésie en aiguille non tournante, il sera nécessaire de prévoir un dispositif agissant sur le piston
Une solution pourrait etre par exemple d'sugmenber la course
de la commande (9) de l'embrayage commande oui pourrait etre
obtenue autrement que parle bouton psussoir!

Claims (1)

  1. REVENDICATIONS
    10 Seringue à injections principalement destinée à être utilisée dans des zônes particulièrement dures et notament osseuses ; elle a été surtout destinée aux soins dentaires.-Elle est caractérfsée par le fait que l'aiguille est animée d'uu mouvement de rotation qui facilite la pénétration.
    20 Seringue selon la revendication NOI caractérisée par ce que l'aiguille est portée par un corps tournant, actionné par un microtour débrayable, incorporé ou non.
    30 Seringue selon la revendication NOI caractérisée par le fait que la rotation du corps tournent provoque lorsqu'il est embrayé, l'avance du piston destiné à faire sortir le liquide de lampoule.- le tout étant facilement démontable, pour la recharge ou la stérilisation.
