Abstract

Description

 Device for the presentation of floral decorations.

 The presentation of natural and / or artificial floral decorations requires a support device comprising a carcass of desired shape and to which the decorations must be subjected.

 In the case of funeral wreaths, it is traditional to provide a first floral decoration on the periphery and a second decoration generally called "flower pier" and composed of flowers and leaves whose arrangement and dimensions are as they are. extend beyond the outer outline of the crown and into the interior thereof.

 Currently, floral decorations are subject to the carcass by means of a ribbon-like link that surrounds both the stems of the decorations and an element of the carcass.

 Generally, the flower pier is composed of natural or artificial plants of a different nature from those which constitute the crown itself in order to create an attractive decorative effect.

 Until now, the flower pier is obtained in the same way as the rest of the decor, that is to say that the plants are secured by their stem to the carcass by means of a ribbon. In other words, it is the same ribbon which is used to fix all the plants and we choose these to be different depending on whether it is the wreath or the pier of flowers.

 All the elements that make up the decor are therefore subject to the same carcass and cannot be removed.

 This is a drawback because the wreaths are composed in advance and it is not possible, for the buyer, to keep for example the plants which constitute the wreath itself and to choose another pier of flowers to obtain another personal composition. chartered.

 In addition, the plants which constitute the flower pier being subject to the periphery of the carcass, it is often difficult to obtain that they extend well to the center of the crown since they are by definition distant from them.

 The present invention remedies these drawbacks by making it possible to obtain a first floral decoration subject to a carcass and at least a second decoration, such as a pier of flowers, which can be chosen from several different to be fixed at the last moment to said carcass.

 Thus, the subject of the invention is a device for the presentation of natural and / or artificial floral decorations, of the type comprising a carcass to which the decorations are to be subjected, characterized in that it comprises, in addition to the carcass, at least an independent support for other decorations, this support having to be connected to the carcass by means which, preferably, leaves it removable.

 According to other characteristics of the invention: - the support constitutes a stable base for decorations.

- The carcass being formed of metallic wires, the means

 Figure 1 is a schematic perspective view of a device according to the invention materialized here by a carcass of a funeral wreath of which only a few elements of the floral decor have been shown.

 Figure 2 is a perspective view of an independent support according to the invention.

 Figure 3 is a schematic sectional view showing the connection of the support and the carcass.

 Referring to FIG. 1, it can be seen that a device according to the invention comprises a carcass 1 formed of suitably hanged metal wires and welded together to form a circular or oval crown.

 On this carcass, and in particular on the peripheral wire, floral decorations 2 are subjected by means of a ribbon (not visible in the drawing) which keeps the stems of the floral decorations tightly pressed against said league metal wire.

 In Figure 2, we see an independent support 3 composed of a base 4 and a convex wall 5 pierced with holes 6, this assembly covering a mass in particular of plastic foam in which are embedded the stems of a floral decoration 7 after engagement in holes 6.

 It is noted that the independent support 3 constitutes a stable base for the decorations 7 so that it is possible to constitute in advance a plurality of decorations on supports 3 and to present them to the customers in their most pleasant form.

 These decorations 7 constitute, in the example shown here, flower piers capable of being associated with a crown of the type shown in FIG. 1.

 Thus, thanks to the invettion, one can have several wreaths and several jetties of flowers and to associate them two to two selectively, at the last moment, according to the personal choice of the buyer.

 To this end, the carcass 1 comprises means making it possible to connect a support 3 to said carcass 1.

 When the carcass l is formed, as shown, of metallic wires, the means for connecting a support 3 to the carcass 1 are constituted by metallic wires integral with the carcass 1 and suitably bent to create two sets 10 and 11 which face each other and which are capable of retaining the support 3 by elastic pinching of the latter.

 According to a characteristic of the invention, the support 3 has shoulders ~ 3a with which the sets 10 and 11 must cooperate to retain the support 3.

 This arrangement is particularly visible in FIG. 3 where it can be seen that the installation of the support 3 supposes that the assemblies 10 and 11 made of metal wires deviate somewhat and this is very easily obtained due to the natural elasticity of these metal wires, this elasticity having the additional effect of tightening the assemblies 10 and 11 against the support 3 as soon as the end of the assemblies 10 and 11 reaches the shoulders 3a.

 Thanks to these very simple means, the support 3 carrying the decoration 7 is securely connected to the carcass 1 without the use of fasteners such as links, clamps, screws, etc.

 When the carcass 1 has the general shape of a crown, as shown, the assemblies 10 and 11 are located on the periphery of said carcass 1 and it is much easier to create a harmonious flower throw with a support 3 than subjecting each rod to the carcass 1 itself.

 The parallelepipedal shape of the base 4 makes it possible to give a precise sense to the composition and to provide in particular for shorter plants on one of the long sides of the support3 so that they exceed the outline of the crown without exaggeration-while in the zone on the opposite side, the plants are chosen to be longer in order to cover the center of the crown well.

 Thus, the invention makes it possible to instantly produce, by a simple assembly, a decoration comprising at least two independent elements prepared separately, the assembly finally selected being only one solution among many possible combinations.

 But the support 3 constituting a stable base for the decorations 7, it is also possible to use this decoration independently of a crown, either in addition to the latter, or separately.

 The trader thus has a minimum of stock providing the buyer with a maximum of choice satisfying his personal taste and his possibilities.

 Naturally, the device for the presentation of floral decorations according to the invention can have any other shape than that of a crown and can include several independent supports for the same carcass.

 The invention is therefore not limited to the single embodiment described and represents but on the contrary embraces all the variants.

 1 - Device for the presentation of natural and / or artificial floral decorations, of the type comprising a carcass (1) to which decorations (2) must be subjected, characterized in that it comprises, in addition to the caracasse (1) , at least, an independent support (3) for other decorations (7>, this support (3) having to be connected to the carcass (1) by means (10-11) which, preferably, leaves it removable.  2 - Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the support (3) constitutes a stable base for decorations (7).  3 - Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the carcass (1) being formed of metal son, the means for connecting the support (3) to the carcass (1) are constituted by metal son integral with the carcass (1 ) -and suitably bent to create two sets (10-11) which face each other and which are capable of retaining the support (3) by elastic pinching of the latter.  4 - Device according to claim 3, characterized in that the support (3) has shoulders (3a) with which must cooperate the assemblies (10 and 11) to retain the support (3).  5 - Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the carcass (1) having the general shape of a crown, the means (10-11) for connecting the support (3) to the carcass (1) are located at the periphery of said carcass (1).
