Abstract

The isolating inflatable structure is used to shield a greenhouse from the light, comprising two sleeves connected by a strip secured by welding. Support is effected by placing or hooking the connecting part onto a wire and an inflatable bead secured by discontinuous welding provides the seal, the inflatable structure being aluminised if required. The cover can be deployed using a reel driven by a motor via chains or gearing.

La présente invention concerne les systèmes d'ombrage de serres maratchères et horticoles
A part un procédé utilisant des gaines polyéthylène rondes, gonflables pour isoler les serres , tous les systèmes d'ombrage et d'isolation sont mécaniques et utilisent un mouvement de va et vient obtenu à partir de câbles qui s'enroulent et sé déroulent sur un axe mû par un moteur, ou des crémaillères et charnues commandées par des pignons .Le mouvement est transmis à des toiles ou des films posés ou suspendus à des fils supports tendus aux plafonds des serres
Cette invention permet :
- de réaliser un ombrage et une isolation par réflexion, sans pièce mécanique compliquée ( à part un ventilateur )
- de réaliser des installations fiables et d'un coût relati- vement bas
Les enveloppes ( 1 ), objet de l'invention, ont une forme permettant :
-l'accrochage en partie centrale ( 2 3 par une zone soudée ou rapprochée . Cet accrochage est obtenu simplement en posant la structure sur un fil tendu ( 3 ), lui-même suspendu de proche en proche ( 4 )
- une étanchéité simple par la formation de protubérances latérales ( 5 ) gonflables, obtenues par soudures discontinues
-un ombrage sélectif par dosage de matériaux réflecteurs ( aluminium ) incorporés dans la structure du matériau
- une réflexion presque totale des infrarouges longs
- une bonne luminosité en position ouverte par réflexion du rayonnement
