Abstract

The moulding process provides a surround round a table or tray. It consists of curved pieces (4-9) spaced out in a first mould. The moulded section obtained is then placed in a second mould in which the gaps between the curved pieces (4-9) are filled. This provides a continuous strip (16) around the tray or table top. A lip on the continuous strip rests on each of the surfaces of the tray/table top.
