Affluents et Rivières,captée par un tube, et traitée par des Centrales
Hydro-Electriques norinales,formant de la première å la derniere,une suite ininterrompue,du point le plus apte choisi en amont,jusqu'au point le plus adéquat,fixé en aval,d'où la dénominationi

Ce procédé est tout a fait différent de tous les moyens
actuels mis en oeuvre pour l'utilisation de l'Energie Hydranlique t ainsi les barrages,qui comme leur nom l'indique barrent le cours du
Fleuve,détériorant le paysage,couvrant de larges espaces "vivants" voir même engloutissant des villages entiers,clochers compris, et sont une menace constante pour les riverains d'aval (on vient dans la région du midi se rappeler le désastre du Barrage de Malpassé et ses nombreux morts.)
D'autre part,un canal de dérivation de petits oours d'eau
