Description
La présente invention concerne une utilisation des déchets et des bains usés des usines de traitement de surface par électrolyse des metaux, dans l'industrie des produits vitrifiés.
Les techniques antérieures laissent ces déchets inemployés. Ils se présentent sous forme du boues décantées ou de gâteaux de filtre presse.
Déposés dans les sites naturels, ils sèchent à l'air. Outre la perte de matières premières, les inconvénients de ce processus sont les pollutions engandrées :

L'utilisation selon l'invention consiste à réaliser un produit vitrifiable ayant pour bases d'une part des déchets, généralement des hydrdydes nmo ou polyhydratês ou des sels de Qaivre, Chrome, Nickel, Zinc,
Cadium, Etain, Vanadium, Antimoine, Tungstène, Molybdène, Manganèse, Titane,
Phosphore, Lithium, Bérillium, Bore, Carbone, Sodium, Magnésium, Aluminium,
Silicium, Potassium, Calcium, Scandium, Fer, Cobalt, Callium, Germanium,
Arsenic, Sélénium, Rubidium, Strontium, Yttrium, Zirconium, Rodhium, Palladium, Argent, Indium, Tellure, Césium, Baryum, Praséodine, Hafnium, Tantale,
Rhénium, Iridium, Platine, Or, Plomb, Bismuth, Uranium, et d'autre part un composé fusible.

Rhénium, Iridium, Platine, Or, Plomb, Bismuth, Uranium, et d'autre part un composé fusible.
Les rejets subissent d'abord les traitements habituels des minerais, séchage, broyage, sélection, homogénéisation etc... de manière à stabiliser leur composition et leur présentation pour les rendre propre aux traitements ultérieurs.
Ensuite les deux produits sont mélangés et soumis à la temperature appropiée que permet une réaction chimique plus ou moins complète. Les conditions physiques du mélange, les proportions de bases et les teneurs en différents métaux du produit initial déterminant les qualités du produit obtenu.
Pbur les émaux et colorants on retient d'abord la couleur et, soit les effets, soit l'uniformité.
L'invention entraîne la valorisation des déchets au niveau de nouvelles matières épurées.
