Abstract
MATERIAU COMPOSITE CARACTERISE PAR UN MELANGE GEL DE SILICONE OU AUTRES GELS MICRO-BILLES DE VERRE DESTINE AUX APPLICATIONS MEDICALES DES SILICONES ET, PLUS PRECISEMENT, AUX PROTHESES MAMMAIRES ET AUX COUSSINS ORTHOPEDIQUES. LES AMELIORATIONS PRINCIPALES AMENEES AUX PRODUITS EXISTANTS SONT UN GAIN DE POIDS CONSIDERABLE ET UN PRIX DE REVIENT DIMINUE.
Description
Ce matériaux peut-etre utilisé particulièrement dans les prothèses mammaires externes et internes et, également, dans les coussins en gel de silicone ou autres gels destinés à l'orthopédie.
Les gels de silicone et autres gels sont couramment employés dans le domaine médical que ce soit à usage externe ( prothèses mammaires, coussins médicaux) ou à usage interne (prothèses mammaires placées in-situ).
Ils sont d'une très grande mobilité et ont de très bonnes propriétés mécaniques, leur densité étant proche de celle des tissus humains, ils sont fréquemment utilisés dans le domaine des prothèses pour remplacer les parties du corps humain ayant été amputé ( ou manquantes ).
Seulement, l'expérience nous a prouvé qu'un corps mort était beaucoup plus lourd. En effet, dans le cas d'un sein celui-ci est supporté par toute la surface portante sur la cage thoracique de laquelle il fait partie. De ce fait, la femme ne sent qu'une partie de poids de son sein ( la partie tombante). Donc, dans le cas des prothèses externes, il faudra en réalité que la bonne prothèse soit du poids de celle de sein moins, environ 30% ceci afin d'éviter cette sensation de lourdeur qu'amène, inévitablement un corps mort que l'on porte. Dans le cas de la prothèse interne l'allégement sera d'autant plus apprécié que la prothèse aura moins tendance à faire tomber la poitrine.
L'invention revendiqué est un matériau composite de gel de silicone ou autres gels et de micro-billes de verre creuses. Le mélange ainsi constitué peut aller jusqu'à un pourcentage de 50% de billes de verre sans changer pour autant les caractéristiques demandés, le pourcentage fini aura entre 30 et 40% du poids en moins.
Dans le cas des prothèses mammaires nous pourrons donc varier le poids à convenance et, dans le cas de coussins orthopédiques gagner jusqu'à la moitié du poids. Le prix de revient sera, également, réduit du fait du coût peu élevé des micro-billes de verre.

- 20 Prothèse mammaire externe caractérisée par le fait qu'elle est réalisée dans le matériaux composite gel de silicone ou autres gels + micro-billes de verre creuses quelque soit l'enveloppe contenant ce matériaux.
- 30 Prothèse mammaire interne caractérisée par le fait qu'elle est réalisée dans le matériaux composite gel de silicone ou autres gels + micro-billes de verre creuse quelque soit l'enveloppe contenant ce matériaux.
- 40 Coussin à usage orthopédique ou autre caractérisé par le fait qu'il est réalisé dans le matériaux composite gel de silicone ou autres gels + micro-billes de verre creuses quelque soit l'enveloppe contenant ce matériaux.
