Abstract

The oscillator which is powered by photocells emits electromagnetic radiation in the range 1.3 to 17 MHz. The device includes an oscillator - transmitter and an amplifier incorporating Darlington coupled transistors. The output of the amplifier is connected to an aerial (A). The Darlington transistors are formed on the silicon chip as an integrated circuit. The aerial may be a coil of copper wire wound around the integrated circuit. The oscillator may be used by anyone who suffers ill effects as a result of being subject to radiation. The radiation produced by the oscillator is intended to form a screen around the user, thus protecting him from the biologically harmful effects of cosmic rays and other radiation.
