Abstract

Spices in liq. form consist of essential oil, partially deterpenised and gun arabic in aq. soln. The liq. is packed in a container of 16 cl vol. for the public, and 35 or 50 cl containers for industrial use. The prod. is a creamy paste which is mixed with a variable amt. of water, according to the spice used. 21 spices are listed, including thyme, garlic, cayenne pepper and paprika.
