Abstract

The solar air heater is for heating private houses and industrial premises, and comprises a self-supporting external vessel enclosing a finned heat collector. The components can be produced by continuous cold-rolling and assembly, being parted off to the desired lengths. They can be coated in zinc to prolong their life. The collector can be secured in the vessel by two lateral ribs formed in the latter. The heater can form part of a wall or roof.
