L'objet de l'invention est une installation permettant de fabriquer du méthane(CH4)à partir de la fermentation de matières organiques d'origines animales ou végétales. On sait que les moyens utilisés pour corriger la valeur du PH d'un milieu en fermentation consistent en l'adjonction d'acides ou bases pouvant endommager les installations ou modifier et altérer les qualités des boues susceptibles d'être recueillies comme engrais agricoles.
