Abstract

The toilet comprises a base, with an endless belt made from a porous synthetic material. The base carries an electric motor or, handle for manually operating the belt. An illuminated panel provides an indication of the toilet's location. The belt is operated when the excrement is deposited on it. The deposit moves over the end of the belt and is dropped into a container; any excrement remaining is removed as the belt passes over a scraper. The belt is cleaned by passing over a water washing unit before returning for use.

The invention relates to an island assembly, where animals can relieve their needs, without contaminating the public road with solid materials.
The search for the invention was motivated by the following criteria
- avoid nuisance for non-animal owners
- reduce road maintenance costs
- improve the hygiene of public places.

 From these imperatives, it was necessary to find a hygienic, practical process, easy to maintain and a reduced installation cost. So far, the various solutions proposed have not satisfactorily met all these constraints, either for capacity, cost, hygiene problems.

The process which is the subject of the invention makes it possible to have sufficient space for dogs of all sizes.

 Cleanliness is ensured by manual or electric rotation of the carpet.

This only works at the request of the user, either before or after the animal has soiled it with its exercises.

The height of the mechanism is between 17 and 20 cm, a height identical to that of a sidewalk.

A treadmill made of synthetic grass (1), driven by a crank or an electric motor (2), during rotation, the carpet rubs on a scraper (3), the faeces thus detached from the carpet are collected in a bin. recovery (4). A water effect ramp can possibly allow easier cleaning of liquids flowing under the mechanism.

The form and the details indicated on the drawing, have only an example value. The main idea is to transport the waste to a collection box for cleaning the carpet.

The process which is the subject of the invention can be used in building courtyards, in public gardens, private gardens, hotels, kennels, residences.

- CLAIMS 1 - Device enabling animals to meet their needs on  public roads, characterized by the fact that a self-cleaning treadmill  yant allows secretions to be discharged into a tank provided for this purpose. 2 - Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the  treadmill is made of porous synthetic grass allowing to favor the environment for the animal, to allow an easier cleaning, to leave liquids drain out. 3 - Device according to claim 2 characterized in that it comprises a cleaning squeegee, this allows the synthetic grass to self-cleaning during its rotation. 4 - Device according to claim 3 characterized in that the  mat works either manually, electrically or automatically with one of the self-blocking devices preventing operation if an animal is on the carpet. 5 - Device according to claim 4 characterized in that it comprises  an easily accessible collecting tank which receives the so  lides detached by the squeegee. 6 - Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the device arranged under the mechanism of a water effect device, dark  thundering, either automatically during the rotation of the carpet, or episo dically, at the discretion of the maintenance person.
