CE PANNEAU EST CARACTERISE EN CE QU'IL EST SUBSTANTIELLEMENT CONSTITUE PAR UNE PLAQUE EN UNE MATIERE LIGNEUSE AGGLOMEREE DONT LES DEUX FACES SONT CHACUNES REVETUES D'UNE TOLE. L'INVENTION EST PRINCIPALEMENT APPLICABLE DANS L'INDUSTRIE DU BATIMENT.

La présente invention concerne un panneau pour la réalisa-
tion de cloisons et s'étend aux cloisons incorporant un ou plu-
sieurs de ces panneaux.
Les avantages des cloisons mobiles pour subdiviser des espaces couverts en locaux ne sont plus à démontrer. Le prix
relativement faible de ces cloisons et la possibilité de modi-
fier ou d'adapter à tout moment les implantations au prorata
des besoins sont choses bien connues. On a donc tout naturelle-
ment songé à utiliser cette technique dans les bâtiments sco-
laires. Toutefois, il s'est présenté une difficulté résultant de la nécessité d'accrocher ou de fixer des tableaux, lesquels sont de dimensions importantes et relativement pesants. Une fixation par pitons, vis ou boulonnage établirait un nombre de ponts thermiques dans la cloison, diminuant ainsi sa tenue au feu, ce qui serait inadmissible en vue des normes toujours
plus sévères en la matière.
Le but de l'invention est de fournir une solution à ce problème. A cet effet, il est proposé un panneau pour cloisons,
constitué substantiellement par une plaque en une matière li-
gneuse agglomérée dont les deux faces sont chacune revêtues
d'une tôle.
Un tel panneau, relativement peu onéreux, présente une
excellente tenue au feu.
Conformément à l'invention, la tôle constituant la face
visible du panneau, est pourvue d'une finition permettant l'écri-
ture et l'effaçage répétés.
Ainsi, l'utilisation de tableaux classiques n'est plus re-
quise, ce qui résoud le problème d'accrochage susmentionné et
permet en outre une économie d'équipement certaine.
Préférablement, ladite plaque est réalisée en aggloméré de bois d'une densité de l'ordre de 650 kg/m3 environ, avec une
épaisseur comprise entre 15 et 25 mm environ.
Les tôles, collées sur cette plaque, ont chacune une épais-
seur de l'ordre de 5 à 6 dixièmes de millimètre. La tôle desti-
née à constituer la face cachée du panneau reçoit un traitement anticorrosion, par exemple par électro-zingage. L'autre tôle, destinée à l'écriture, reçoit une finition adéquate - émaillage, vitrification, etc. - au prorata du moyen d'écriture choisi
craie, feutres ou similaires.

décrits peut être extrêmement simple: deux lisses en aggloméré fixées respectivement au sol et au plafond auxquelles sont fixés ensuite des montants. A ces derniers sont accrochés des panneaux tels que décrits précédemment, par exemple de la manière décrite dans le brevet belge n0 874.562.
Bien entendu diverses modifications peuvent être appor-
tées par l'homme de l'art aux dispositifs ou procédés qui vien-
nent d'être décrits uniquement à titre d'exemple non limita-
tif sans sortir du cadre de l'invention.

Claims (6)

REVENDICATIONS.
1.- Panneau pour cloisons, caractérisé en ce qu'il est substantiellement constitué par une plaque en une matière ligneuse agglomérée dont les deux faces sont chacune revêtues d'une tôle.
2.- Panneau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce
que ladite plaque est réalisée en aggloméré de bois d'une den-
sité de l'ordre de 650 kg/m3 environ, avec une épaisseur compri-
se entre 15 et 25 mm environ.
3.- Panneau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque tôle a une épaisseur de l'ordre de 5 à 6 dixièmes
de millimètre.
4.- Panneau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
la face externe de la tôle, destinée à constituer la face visi-
ble du panneau, est pourvue d'une finition permettant l'écriture
et l'effaçage répétés.
5.- Panneau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la tôle destinée à constituer la face cachée du panneau est électrozinguée.
6.Cloison mobile, caractérisée en ce qu'elle incorpore
des panneaux selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5.
