Abstract
The mechanism has a single-armed tension layer (3) between the knee operating lever (9) and the contact lever (1) pivoted on the same axis (4) as the latter, with a spring tension between them. A single-armed latch lever (2) for the switch co-operates with the tension lever (3) and is similarly mounted on the same axis (4). The contact lever (1) has a U-shaped cross-section with its arms enclosing the tension lever (3) and the latch lever (2).
