Abstract

Ce crochet à pâte pour batteur ou autre appareil de cuisine empêche la pâte de remonter jusque dans le mécanisme d'entraînement de l'appareil. Dans ce but un tronçon court vertical 10 de la tige formant le crochet est prolongé par une partie incurvée ou courbée 11, 12 située dans un plan horizontal à la partie supérieure du crochet. Cette partie 11, 12 est elle-même prolongée par une partie sensiblement verticale 14 recourbée à sa partie inférieure 15 en forme de crochet.
