Abstract

The elastic device is for adjusting the cutting height of a lawn mower. It has a mechanism with elastic properties which ensures a flexible connection between the wheel (2) and the setting and locking mechanism (3). This elastic mechanism (1) is a spring wound about pivot axis (4), which is connected with an arm (5) connected with the wheel axle and with the setting and locking mechanism (3). The setting and locking mechanism consists of teeth engaging the end portion of the spring (1) bearing a handle (7).
