Abstract

The portable feeder for sheep and goats comprises a closed vessel containing a feeding liquid, and with top, bottom and side walls. The top is preferably flat, and horizontal when the vessel is in the normal position on the ground. An opening is formed in the top for a feeder wheel, protruding slightly above it and partly immersed in the liquid. The vessel (1) has hollow transverse tubes (11), parallel to each other and to the top (2) and impervious to the liquids. These are fixed to one or both the vessel sidewalls and are open to the outside, and accommodate lifting forks.
