Abstract

Outil destiné au tronçonnage des pièces dont l'usinage s'effectue principalement sur des tours. Il comprend essentiellement une plaque métallique I munie d'encoches 2 dans lesquelles viennent se loger les pastilles de coupe 3. Sur le flanc de cette plaque I est rapportée une queue d'outil 4 fixe ou réglable en position qui permet la fixation de l'outil sur le porte-outil de la machine. L'outil objet de l'invention peut être utilisé pour le tronçonnage, le gorgeage ou le rainurage des pièces susceptibles d'être usinées sur les machines-outils classiques et en particulier les tours.
