Abstract
L'invention concerne l'industrie des appareils médicaux chirurgicaux. En dessous de l'échangeur 40, la mousse est supprimée par une garniture spongieuse 54 retenue par un plateau 66 et comportant un appendice 76 contenu dans un elément filtrant 72.
