Abstract

The tractor attachment enables both the centres and the inclination of the discs (6) to be adjusted. A 'U' section double cantilever arm (16) houses the inboard ends of two elongated plates (15) which constitute the disc holders. A vertical mortice plate (20) being welded centrally to its top flange. The plate is secure in a forked end (21) of a sub-frame (1) member, and the free ends of the holders (15) are bored to locate the disc axles (5). The disc assembly may be pivoted en block about a horizontal axis (22) through the fork (21), and is secured by a fulcrum bolt (22) and a bolt (23) in a curved plate (20) window.
